Order Processing & Shipping

Need Overnight or Express Shipping?

Yes. We offer UPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day Air shipping options.

To view these options, please manually enter your full delivery address at checkout. Browser auto-fill may prevent shipping options from showing.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary in rare cases.

Same day shipping means same day processing and shipment, not same day delivery.

Saturday, Sunday & Federal holidays: Closed

Overnight Delivery:

Orders must be placed by 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday to be eligible for overnight shipping. Please note:

  • UPS does not offer Saturday delivery for overnight shipments. Orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

  • UPS Next Day Air is not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.

  • In the event of a delay, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf, but refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Our team will do everything possible to support you throughout the claims process.

Special Circumstances: 

Sometimes things happen. If you need to arrange shipping outside of the normal cut off time please reach out to support (sales@cloudsforless.com) and we’ll see what we can do – no promises.

Do you offer next day shipping?

We sure do! Overnight shipping is currently handled by UPS.

UPS does not delivery on Saturdays & Sunday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will de delivered Monday.

Please note:  Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.

What does same-day shipping mean?

Same-day shipping means your order is processed and shipped the same business day, not delivered the same day.

Why are shipping rates missing at checkout?

Shipping rates may not appear if your address was auto-filled by your browser.

Please manually enter your full delivery address, including city, state, and ZIP code, to ensure shipping options load correctly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free same-day shipping on orders over $50 (processing and shipment the same business day, not same-day delivery).

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes. We also run special promotions from time to time. VIP email subscribers often receive exclusive discounts and shipping offers—sign up on our website to stay updated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed during checkout.

Delivery Information

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout:

  • Free Shipping: Typically delivered within 1–5 business days after shipment

  • UPS 3-Day: Delivered within 3 business days

  • UPS 2-Day Air: Delivered within 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day

Delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected and your delivery location.

We ship everywhere in the United States except the following:

States: AL, AR, IN, RI, WI

counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana)

Order Tracking

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

How can I check my order status?

You can view your order status and tracking details anytime by logging into your CloudsForLess account.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — what should I do?

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after shipment. If tracking hasn’t updated after this time, please contact our support team email sales@cloudsforless.com or call 407-760-8999.

What if my package is delayed or missing?
If your package is delayed or appears missing, contact us right away. Our team will assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
